Welcome to the website of artist Barbara Beaumont. Barbara has lived abroad for many years, in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Wherever possible she has worked with local artists, absorbing their ways of looking at things and exchanging ideas and techniques.
For the past ten years she has exhibited widely including the Rona and Mall Galleries in London, the New Ashgate in Farnham and at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition.
She is interested in recalling those times when a scene will implant itself in your brain with its light and atmosphere intact - like a 'sight bite' rather than a sound bite.
